Depuis l’application (immédiat)

  1. Ouvre My TeamMate Forever et connecte-toi.
  2. Va dans Mon profil.
  3. Appuie sur Supprimer en bas de l’écran, puis confirme.

Par e-mail

Si tu n’as plus accès à l’application, écris à teamateforever@outlook.fr depuis l’adresse liée à ton compte, avec pour objet « Suppression de compte » et ton pseudo. Ton compte est supprimé sous 7 jours.

Ce qui est supprimé

Ton compte, ton profil et ton personnage, ton équipement, tes sorties et annonces, tes candidatures, tes messages, tes amis et blocages, et l’identifiant de notifications de ton téléphone. La suppression est définitive.

Ce qui est conservé

Les signalements déjà traités par la modération, sans ton profil, au maximum un an, pour la sécurité de la communauté.

Delete my account

From the app (immediate)

  1. Open My TeamMate Forever and sign in.
  2. Go to My profile.
  3. Tap Delete at the bottom of the screen, then confirm.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, write to teamateforever@outlook.fr from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion” and your username. Your account is deleted within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your account, profile and character, equipment, runs and announcements, applications, messages, friends and blocks, and your phone’s notification identifier. Deletion is permanent.

What is kept

Reports already handled by moderators, without your profile, for up to one year for community safety.
